Tabulam Real Honey is thankful to spend time working and growing on country known forever as ‘Moomgillen’ meaning ‘place of wild honey’. It was a welcome surprise when our family learnt of the magical Wild Honey groves that grew happily on the land. These ‘Gigal Gee’ flowers provide our bees with incredible health properties as well as a sweet flavour, unlike other Native honey. The land offers rainforests that are lush and hidden since the age of the land bridge from Gondwanaland. The soils are rich with rare-earth elements and crystalline deposits of the Gibraltar Range. The Rocky River rapids cascade down the ancient Northern Rivers of New South Wales. Each aspect of our land provides richness in flavour and nutrients to our Native Australian honey.
